Stand up paddlebaording is the best all around exercise!  Stand Up Paddleboarding strengthens your core, increases cardiovascular endurance, improves posture, improves balance, and is so much fun you'll forget you are working out!

SUPing is a low impact sport that can be incorporated as cross training to help you improve in the sports you already participate. Including SUPing in your regular workout routine will give you that edge to get the next level in all your activities. And, SUPing can dramatically reduce your aches and pains by strengthening and aligning your joints and muscles.

Proprioceptors- Proprioception means "sense of self". In the body, the proprioceptors are sensors that provide information about joint angle, muscle length, and tension. The brain then integrates this data to give information about the position of your limbs in space.

SUPing engages hundreds of proprioceptors "small balance muscles" aligning your spine and other major joints including hips, knees, and ankles.

SUPing forces your whole body and mind to be constantly engaged due to the instability of the board on the water, which greatly improves your SENSE OF SELF both physically and mentally.
