Location? - On the river! Located at the private beach of the Schoolhouse Canyon campground
What to bring/wear? - Swimsuit, sun protection, water shoes, water, and towel.
Payment? - Venmo, Zelle, or cash are acceptable forms of payment.
How long does the downriver trip take? - 2 hours paddling at a moderate pace taking no breaks. If you want to stop and take breaks and/or are new to paddle boarding the trip will take closer to 3-4 hours.
Is there a minimum age requirement? - No. This decision is best left to the parents/guardians because every child has a different ability level.

- Certified RYT yoga instructor with over 30 years of yoga experience.
- 30 years surfing experience.
- Over 40 years as an active waterman, beginning with canoeing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area of Northern Minnesota at age six.
- Supervisor Zen accompanies all lessons to ensure everyone has a great time!
- Has traveled the world surfing, fishing, diving, kayaking, and Stand Up Paddle boarding throughout the waters of California, Minnesota, Florida, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Spain, France, Uruguay, Hawaii, Australia, and New Zealand.
